Advanced Authentic Research (AAR), as a part of Curriculum & Career Education, needs mentors for 2019-20!
AAR gives high school students in grades 10-12 a capstone project opportunity to explore and conduct original research in a topic of their choosing in a supportive, personalized environment. The individualized support and content expertise that our volunteer mentors provide helps make this possible.
As students prepare to register for the 2019-20 academic year, we need your continued support in recruiting a strong pipeline of volunteer mentors. We need mentors in a wide array of topics, such as STEAM, Humanities, Business, and Social Science. This year, specifically, we have a high demand for computer science mentors to help help our students with their capstone projects.
If you are unable to participate as a volunteer mentor the form includes other options for involvement, including guest speaker and industry expert advisor.
Would you or someone you know be willing to devote a few hours per month mentoring one or two students? Please feel free to share this page with your network.
